This form refers to a submittal
pertaining to Bacteriological Sample Siting Plan for our site, referencing Section 64422 of Title 27 of
the California Code of Regulations.
We have established a Bacteriological Sample Siting Plan which identifies the location on our site
from which water samples are collected to verify that water quality standards relating to coliform
bacteria are met.
Samples are collected monthly at four locations at our site (Figure 1). Our contractor, FGL, notifies
your Department whenever a test shows positive for any constituent we are required to monitor.
If you have any questions, please contact me at extension 8-8504.
Sincerely,
W.
