Before the Board of Supervisors <br />County of San Joaquin, State of California <br />B- 93-1396 <br />MOTION: WILHOIT/BARBER <br />USE PERMIT APPLICATION O. UP -93-2 <br />THIS BOARD OF SUPERVISORS does hereby certify the Final <br />Environmental Impact Report (EIR), (SCH #92092072) as adequate <br />under the provisions of Section 15090 of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); adopt "Findings of Signficant <br />Environmental Impact" (Attachment A); and adopt the "Mitigation <br />Monitoring Program" (Attachment B); concerning USE PERMIT <br />APPLICATION NO. UP -93-2 OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC <br />WORKS FOR THE LOVELACE TRANSFER STATION: A Use Permit Application <br />to renovate and expand the existing Lovelace Transfer Station to <br />include the construction of a 120,000 -square -foot transfer <br />building, a 9,000 -square -foot office/maintenance building, and a <br />288 -square -foot scale house. The project site is located on the <br />north side of Lovelace Road, 2240 feet west of Union Road, north of <br />Manteca. <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY that the above order was passed and adopted on OCTOBER 5. 1991 <br />by the following vote of the Board of Supervisors, to wit <br />AYES: BARBER, WILHOIT, CABRAL, SOUSA <br />NOES: SIMAS <br />C. <br />C, <br />ABSENT: NONE ":-4 <br />ABSTAIN: NONE <br />JORFTTA J.
