Attachment B Mitigation Monitoring and Implementation Plan VELACE TRANSFER STATION RENOVATION AND EXPANSION PROJECT The following mitigation measures were specified in the Final Environmental Impact Report (Final EIR) & the Lovelace Transfer Station Renovation and Expansion Project, and are presented in this plan in accordance with Section 21081.6 of the California Public Resource Code.
