1] <br />11 <br />The hazardous waste exclusion program described herein was developed for the Lovelace <br />Transfer Station, in San Joaquin County, California. This facility operates under Solid Waste <br />Facilities Permit 439 -AA -0008, which is issued by the California Department of Resources, <br />Recycling and Recovery, and is administered by the San Joaquin County Health Department as <br />Local Enforcement Agency. The site is prohibited from accepting hazardous waste or liquids <br />under this Permit. <br />This program is designed to prevent disposal of significant amounts of prohibited waste at the <br />site and to provide for proper removal and disposal of such waste if detected.
