If electronics are found on the tipping floor, refuse workers are trained to identify <br />and remove them. <br />3.2.1.4 Agricultural Plastic Recycling <br />LTS hosts bi-monthly Agricultural Pesticide Container Collection Events for growers to bring <br />triple -rinsed, punctured agricultural containers free of charge. A recycler arrives on-site at LTS <br />and chips the plastic and then hauls the plastic away for remanufacturing into new containers, <br />recycled lumber, etc. <br />3.2.1.5 Medical Wastes <br />Medical waste is not accepted unless it has undergone autoclave treatment. <br />3.2.1.6 Waste Oil <br />Waste oil is accepted from the public and is stored in a double walled, 1,000 gallon tank located at <br />the northern end of the MRF (Figure 4). The oil is removed by an environmental contactor on a <br />regular basis as the amount of oil approaches the tank capacity. This occurs once ever <br />weeks on average. <br />17409.3 (d).
