Attached, we are also sending you information as required <br /> in the "Procedure for Implementing SB 1797 (1974) , Section 66783. 1 of the <br /> Government Code" which you transmitted to us: <br /> 1 . Filing of Notice of Intent <br /> a. See Enclosure <br /> 2. Information to be Submitted with Notice of Intent <br /> a. County Map showing site location of proposed facility, existing <br /> transfer stations and disposal sites, and service areas including <br /> that of the proposed facility. - See Attachment A <br /> b. Facility Information: <br /> Acreage - 1 . 5 acres, adjoining the firm's yard and shop facilities <br /> at 1312 Navy Drive. <br /> Projected Site Life - 20 dears. <br /> Type of Wastes - Municipal solid wastes. <br /> Volume of Wastes - Initially 300 tons per day (six day week). <br /> c. Certification of Local Land Use: <br /> We .submitted a Preliminary Environmental Assessment (see Attachment <br /> B) to the City Planning Department on April 12, 1976. We have been <br /> informed that the staff has recommended approval of a Negative <br /> Declaration. We expect formal notification by mid-June, 1976. <br />
