Waste tires inadvertently received which are commingled with municipal solid <br />waste that arrives in commercial loads, where the waste tires comprise less <br />than one percent (1 %) by weight of the total load. <br />2. Waste tires that inadvertently arrive in homeowner delivered household loads <br />of mixed waste and are not readily removable from the waste stream. <br />3. Oversized waste tires, 17.5 X 24 or larger in size received prior to January <br />1994. After January 1, 1994 oversized waste tires cannot be landfilled. <br />The operator of a solid waste facility that stores, stockpiles or accumulates waste <br />tires shall modify or revise the solid waste facility permit (CCR Section 184200 (a) <br />(1)). <br />ff IT -Ty -T -T -H ZR 9 <br />1.
