Facility/Permit Number: <br />SOLID WASTEFACILITY PERMIT <br />39 -AA -0019 <br />12. Legal Description of Facility (attach map with RFI): The facility is located at 1240 Navy Drive, latitude N 37°56'15", longitude W 121018'11" <br />Stockton, California, San Joaquin County. <br />13. Findings: <br />a. This permit is consistent with the San Joaquin County Solid Waste Management Plan. <br />b. This permit is consistent with standards adopted by the California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB). PRC, Section 44010. <br />C. The design and operation of the facility is in compliance with the State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal as <br />determined by the LEA and the CIWMB staff on July 7, 1996. <br />d. The Stockton Fire Department has determined that the facility is in conformance with applicable fire standards as required in Public <br />Resources Code, Section 44151. <br />e. An environmental determination (i.e. Notice of Determination) SCH#88120516 is filed with the State Clearinghouse for this facility <br />pursuant to Public Resources Code, Section 21081.6. <br />f. A Countywide Integrated Waste Management Plan has not been approved by the CIWMB. <br />g. The following authorized agent has made a determination that the facility is consistent with, and designated in, the applicable general plan: <br />City of Stockton. Public Resources Code, Section 500005(a). <br />h. The City of Stockton made a written finding that surrounding land use is compatible with the facility operation, as required in Public <br />Resources Code, Section Public Resources Code 500005(b). <br />14. Prohibitions: <br />The permittee is prohibited from accepting any liquid waste sludge, non -hazardous wastes requiring special handling, designated waste, or hazardous <br />waste unless such waste is specifically listed below, and unless the acceptance of such waste is authorized by all applicable permits. <br />The permittee is additionally prohibited from the following items: <br />Scavenging, Open burning, Disposal and handling and treatment of: hazardous or infectious (medical) wastes, cannery wastes, dead animals, <br />agricultural wastes, septic tank pumpings, residential refuse, liquid wastes. <br />15.
