As the <br />local enforcement agency we must certify whether SSATS is in <br />conformance with the most recent solid waste management plan as <br />required by Public Resources Code Sections 50000-50002. <br />Since the Public Works Department is the responsible agency for <br />the County Wide Integrated Waste Management Plan (CoWIWMP), EHD <br />requests your recommendation on whether the Stockton Scavenger <br />Transfer Station is in compliance with the CoWIWMP. <br />If you have any questions please contact Steven Mindt, Sr. REHS, at <br />(209)468-0343 of my staff. <br />Ernest M.
