The
review process has been completed, and is now ready to be
submitted to the California Integrated Waste Management Board.
It is the recommendation of this Department that the current
permit be modified to reflect the new permit format and the new
five year review date. It was determined that CEQA review was
not necessary.
This will require a new permit application, with box #4
(Modification of Permit) marked and a application processing fee
of $390.00, in order to complete the five year permit review
process.
If you have any questions please contact Steven Mindt, Sr. RENS, at
(209)468-0343 of my staff.
Ernest M.
