This request
is based on the following grounds:
1. The former general manager, Doug Sloan has recently been replaced by Mr. Stephen Walker.
2. The two applications submitted to you by Mr. Sloan did not fully address your requirements.
3. Mr. Walker is currently working on becoming familiar with the project and the preparation of the
Report of Station Information that will meet your expectations.
4. The company requires time for the preparation of a proper submission.
We request your written reply to this request.
Attached is our Solid Waste Facilities Permit Application.
Enclosure
HB:mp
cc: Steve Walker
Stockton Scavenger Association
Bob Berres
Very truly yours,
Hubert Bourque
Chief Compliance Officer
Vice President/Environmental Affairs
5000 Quorum Dr., Suite 300, Dallas, TX 75240
(214) 233-4212 • (214) 385-1757 FAX
