EHD requires a work plan and a set of plans approved by the City of Stockton <br />building department for the new transfer station. <br />2. EHD requires verification from Regional Water Quality Control Board that the <br />proposed storm water pond poses no threat to groundwater. <br />3. EHD requires a "detail" showing the installation of a backup electrical <br />generating system for the storm drain water pump system as discussed in the <br />September 2, 1985 meeting. <br />4. EHD requires that the plans show a containment berm along the southern <br />property boundary as discussed in the September 2 1985 meeting. <br />5. How will the incoming solid waste be handled during the construction <br />phase? <br />During our meeting of March 25, 1992, we discussed the hourly rate our department <br />charges for plan review. I would like to reaffirms our policy of billing for services at <br />$53.00 per hour. <br />The total charge for the "preliminary plan" evaluation is enclosed. Please resubmit the <br />construction plans with the corrections and a check made payable to San Joaquin <br />A Division of San Joaquin County Health care Setvices <br />
