Box 2009 <br />Stockton, California 95201 <br />E <br />Re: Stockton Scavenger <br />Association Transfer <br />Station: Permit Number <br />39 -AA -019 <br />The purpose of this correspondence is to further amend the June 1988 Report of <br />Station Information (RSI) prepared by EMCON Associates for the above <br />referenced project (once revised in July 1988). <br />The revised RSI was initially amended (subsequent to completion of the CEQA <br />process) and submitted via correspondence to your office on August 1, 1989. <br />The enclosed additional amendments provide a description of proposed <br />procedures for disposal of wastewater generated at the facility. Also included is <br />information amending the proposed refuse load -out approach. <br />Since the request for additional detail regarding proposed wastewater disposal <br />practices for the project originated at the California Waste Management Board <br />(CWMB), a copy of this correspondence is being sent to Ms. Martha Vasquez at <br />that agency. Additionally, a copy of this document and a copy of the revised <br />Report of Station Information is being directed to Ms. Pat Leary at the Regional <br />Water Quality Control Board for their review. <br />
