Mr. Jim Walsh is the general <br />manager responsible for all of the Stockton Scavenger Association's <br />operations. Mr. Carlo Mariani is operations manager, responsible for <br />supervising the transfer station operations for the Stockton Scavenger <br />Association. Mr. Walsh has over 22 years of solid waste facility <br />management and operations experience. Mr. Mariani has been directly <br />responsible for operations at the Stockton Transfer Station for <br />10 years and also has over 22 years experience in the field of solid <br />waste facilities management and operations.
