3 . The facility has a permitted daily capacity of 3QQ tons _p,_Qr <br /> cg er _tUag—dam and shall riot receive more than this amount <br /> without first obtaining a revised permit . <br /> 4 . A change in the operator would require a new permit. <br /> 5 . All existing underground storage tanks will meet the <br /> requirements of California Code of Regulation Title 23 , <br /> Chapter 3 , Subchapter 16 . <br /> 6 . The station's underground tank soil bio-remediation <br /> treatment area must be approved by both the Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board and the State Department of Health <br /> Services . This area cannot be used to service any off-site <br /> underground tank waste material . <br /> 7 . A storm water management plan has been approved by the <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board and the San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services Department. The station must <br /> comply with all recommendations of both the Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board and the San Joaquin County Public <br /> Health Services . <br /> 8 . This revision of the solid waste facilities permit <br /> supercedes the permit issued on October 4 , 1978 . <br /> 9 , All wastes shall be removed from the station within 24 <br /> hours , except the recyclable materials which may be held in <br /> closed containers . Non-performance due to causes beyond the <br /> reasonable control of the operator shall not constitute a <br /> violation. Under no conditions shall the wastes remain on <br /> the station longer than 48 hours except for the recyclable <br /> materials . <br /> PBQVISIONS : <br /> 1 . This permit is subject to review by the Local Enforcement <br /> Agency, and may be modified, suspended, or revoked, for <br /> sufficient cause after a hearing . <br /> 2 . Safety equipment shall be provided for all employees <br /> operating equipment at this facility including but not <br /> limited to the following : <br /> a . respirator's <br /> b. safety helmets <br /> C . safety shoes or boots <br /> d. gloves <br /> e . ear protection <br /> f. goggles or mask <br /> g . protective clothing if needed <br />
