The Stockton Scavenger Association Transfer Station is a <br /> large volume transfer station. The facility is located at <br /> 1240 Navy Drive, Stockton, California, San Joaquin County <br /> and is owned and operated by Stockton Scavenger Association. <br /> B. The Stockton Scavenger Corporation yard is located within <br /> Moss Garden Tract, Block 34 , lots 4 and 37 , and occupies <br /> 3 . 9 acres . Directly adjacent and east of the corporation <br /> yard is undeveloped parcel of 1 . 7 acres which is a non- <br /> permitted area of the station. This area is owned by <br /> Stockton Scavenger Association and is used as a storage <br /> yard. This area may not be used for waste handling <br /> activities . <br /> C. The station has a mobile office, stationary compactor, two <br /> bay washing facilities , and a series of commercial storage <br /> buildings throughout the station. (A site location map is <br /> included as Appendix A to this report) . <br /> D. Types of wastes received: <br /> a. commercial and industrial solid wastes . <br /> b. waste paper of all types <br /> C. construction/demolition <br /> d. corrugated cardboard <br /> e . plastic <br /> f. ferrous metal/scrap metal <br /> g. wood/scrap wood <br /> h. food wastes from business and recreation facilities . <br /> i . aluminum <br /> J . glass <br /> k . tires <br /> 1 . garden refuse <br /> E.
