CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL ' <br /> SA-96-38 <br /> Tracy Material Recovery <br /> Site Approval Application No. SA-96-38 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on September 4, 1996. The effective date of approval is September 14, <br /> 1996. This approval will expire on March 16, 1998, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been compiled with, (2) all necessary building <br /> permits have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies <br /> have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br /> prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions <br /> followed by a Section Number have been identified as Ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br /> application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other Ordinance requirements may <br /> apply. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: (Staff Contact: Kerry Sullivan, 468-3140) <br /> a. APPROVED USE: This approval is for tomato waste and tomato mud spreading on a <br /> seasonal basis from July through November. Up to 18 cubic yards per week of tomato <br /> waste may be accepted at this site, which will be fed to cattle. Up to 40 cubic yards of <br /> tomado mud per day may be accepted, which will be spread on the approximately 11- <br /> acre site and allowed to dry by evaporation. The dry tomato mud will then be disked into <br /> the soil. The use will conform to the Plan submitted on June 28, 1996. <br /> b. STOCKPILING: Stockpiling of tomato waste and tomato mud is not permitted. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (Staff Contact: Tom M.
