MACARTHUR ROAD, TRACY, CA. <br /> Enclosed is the solid waste facility permit revision for Tracy Transfer Station, facility #39-AA- <br /> 0024. Tracy Transfer Station is proposing to accept cannery waste for cattle feed and tomato <br /> mud for land application on a recently added 12.5 acres. <br /> Enclosed please find the following: <br /> 1. REVISED DRAFT PERMIT- changes to the existing permit include: <br /> a) p. l: #5a- cannery waste site added to list of permitted operations. <br /> #5d- increase in permitted traffic volume. <br /> #5e- change in total permitted acreage and cannery waste operations <br /> acreage added. <br /> b) p. 2: #13c- changed to include most recent inspection date. <br /> #14- added cannery waste to list of authorized activities at site. <br /> #15- changes include new land use permits and dates accepted. <br /> C) p. 3: changes to "program" column include adding compost monitoring <br /> requirements per new reqs. "Reporting Facility" column includes keeping <br /> records on site and available upon request of LEA.
