Legal Description of Facility(attach map with RFI): <br /> TILE FACILITY IS LOCATED ON THE N.E.QUARTER OF SECTION 16 OF TOWNSHIP 3 SOUTH.RANGE 5 EAST,MOUNT DIABLO BASELINE AND <br /> MERIDIAN (see Appendix A). t <br /> 13. Findings: <br /> a. San Joaquin County Integrated Waste Task Force has concluded that the proposed Tracy Materials Recovery&Transfer facility is consistent with the <br /> goals and policies of San Joaquin County Integrated Waste Management pursuant to Public Resources Code(PRC)50000-50002. <br /> h. This permit is consistent with standards adopted by the California Integrated Waste Management Board(CIWMB). PRC,Section 44010. <br /> C. The design and operation of the facility is in compliance with the State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal as determined by <br /> the L.CA and CIWMB joint staff inspection dated December 24,1996. <br /> d. The Tracy Rural County Fire Protection District has determined that the facility is in conformance with applicable fire standards as required in PRC, <br /> Section 44151. <br /> C. An environmental determination(i.e.Notice of Determination)SCH#92092072 is filed with the State Clearinghouse for this facility pursuant to PRC. <br /> Section 21081.6. <br /> t <br /> f. A County-wide Integrated Waste Management Plan has not been approved by the CIWMB. <br /> The following authorized agent has made a determination that the fatality is consistent With,and designated in,the applicable general plan: San <br /> Joaouin County Planning Commission. PRC,Section 500005(a). <br /> h. The following local governing body has made a written finding that surrounding land use is compatible with the facility operation,as required in PRC. <br /> Section 50000.5(b),San Joaquin Countv Planning Commission. <br /> 14. Prohibitions: <br /> The permittee is prohibited from accepting any liquid waste sludge,non-hazardous waste requiring special handling,designated waste,or hazardous <br /> waste unless such waste is specifically listed below,and unless the acceptance of such waste is authorized by all applicable permits.
