Box 388 <br /> Stockton, CA 95202-0388 <br /> RE: State Inspection Report for Tracy Material Recovery and Transfer Facility, <br /> Facility No.39-AA-0024 <br /> Dear Ms. Heran: <br /> On July 10, 2003, Integrated Waste Management Board(Board) staff conducted a pre-permit <br /> inspection of the Tracy Material Recovery and Transfer Facility, in conjunction with <br /> Ted Tasiopoulos, of your staff. This inspection was conducted pursuant to Division 30, Public <br /> Resources Code (30 PRC), Section 43219. The facility was evaluated for compliance with <br /> applicable sections of 30 PRC,Title 14, California Code of Regulations (CCR),Division 7, <br /> Chapter 3, Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal, and Title 14, CCR, <br /> Division 7, Chapter 3.1, Compostable Materials Handling Operations and Facilities Regulatory <br /> Requirements. A copy of Board staff's inspection report is enclosed for your records. A copy of <br /> this correspondence has also been forwarded to Mike Repetto of the Tracy Material Recovery <br /> and Transfer Facility. <br /> The inspection identified no violations of 30 PRC,Title 14 CCR,Division 7, Chapter 3, <br /> Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal, or Title 14, CCR, Division 7, <br /> Chapter 3.1, Compostable Materials Handling Operations and Facilities Regulatory <br /> Requirements. <br /> The local enforcement agency's cooperation with Board staff during the recent inspection is <br /> appreciated.
