Box 274 <br />Tracy, CA 95378 <br />RE: Tracy Materials Recovery & Transfer Station <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division (EHD) received the Tracy Materials <br />Recovery & Transfer Station application for a solid waste facility permit on December <br />17, 1993. Upon fulfillment of the CEQA review process the application will be <br />considered complete. <br />EHD will begin review of the "Report of Station Information" and the "Report of <br />Composting Site Information" and will begin processing the state solid waste facilities <br />permit. All EHD work associated with the solid waste transfer station permit will be <br />charged to your company at the rate of $78 per hour.
