San Joaquin Street <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />3;t9JVX <br />E6 0 8 1994 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br />PERMIT/SERVICES <br />RE: TRACY MATERIALS RECOVERY & TRANSFER FACILITY <br />EB93-397, T7 <br />Dear Mr. Padilla: <br />71 <br />As a result of our meeting on February 2, 1994, to discuss the Draft Solid Waste Facility Permit for the Tracy <br />Materials Recovery and Transfer Facility, we have the following additional revisions to the Report of Station <br />Information (RSI) and Report of Composting Site Information (RCI): <br />• Page 9 of the RSI to correct some waste and traffic numbers in the table. This table reflects only the <br />waste and traffic associated with the MRF/Transfer Building. The total traffic for the facility is included <br />in Appendix D of the RSI. <br />• Pages 22 and 42 of the RSI to revise the description of the truck wash water disposal. <br />• Figure 10 in Appendix A of the RSI to revise treatment of truck wash down water. <br />• Sheet 4 of drawings in Section 3 for truck wash water treatment. <br />• Page 8 of the RCI to correct a number in Table 3. <br />• Addition of the EPA ID # from the California Department of Toxic Substances Control. This should be <br />inserted into Appendix K of the RSI. <br />The hours of operation for the facility for the public to use the facility was not changed as we discussed in our <br />meeting. Those hours should remain at 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. since that is what was in the Final Environmental <br />Impact Report for the project. <br />Please replace the pages indicated above in your two copies of the Facility Report.
