Facility/fermi er: <br /> SOLID WASTE FACTITY PERMIT 39-AA-024 <br /> 12. Legal Description of Facility(attach map with RFI): The facility is located on the N.E. Quarter of Section 16, Township 3 South, Range 5 East <br /> M.D.B.M. (see Appendix A) <br /> 13. Findings: <br /> a. San Joaquin County Integrated Waste Task Force has concluded that the proposed Tracy Materials Recovery&Transfer facility is consistent with <br /> the goals and policies of San Joaquin County Integrated Waste Management pursuant to PRC 50000-50002. <br /> b. This permit is consistent with standards adopted by the California Integrated Waste Management Board(CIWMB). Public Resources Code, <br /> Section 44010. <br /> C. The design and operation of the facility is in compliance with the State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal as determined <br /> by the LEA on February 3, 1994. <br /> d. The Tracy Rural County Fire Protection District has determined that the facility is in conformance with applicable fire standards as required in <br /> Public Resources Code,Section 44151. <br /> e. An environmental determination(i.e.Notice of Determination)SCH#92092072 is filed with the State Clearinghouse for this facility pursuant to <br /> Public Resources Code,Section 21081.6. <br /> f. A County-wide Integrated Waste Management Plan has not been approved by the CIWMB. <br /> g. The following authorized agent has made a determination that the facility is consistent with,and designated in,the applicable general plan: <br /> San Joaquin County Planning Commission. Public Resources Code,Section 50000.5(x). <br /> h. The following local governing body has made a written finding that surrounding land use is compatible with the facility operation,as required in <br /> Public Resources Code,Section 50000.5(b).San Joaquin County Planning Commission. <br /> 14. Prohibitions: <br /> The permittee is prohibited from accepting any liquid waste sludge,non-hazardous waste requiring special handling,designated waste,or hazardous waste <br /> unless such waste is specifically listed below,and unless the acceptance of such waste is authorized by all applicable permits. <br /> Tires White Goods Household Hazardous Waste,Green Wastes Y%V'g° ' "k- .
