A Five-Year Review Report, <br /> pursuant to Section 21675 of the California Code of Regulations, was prepared <br /> by the Local Enforcement Agency in February, 2002, in March 2007„ and again <br /> in March 2012, defining no changes to existing operations and without <br /> considering the expansion proposed herein. <br /> Expansion Plans: <br /> The conditional use permit (CUP) has been approved with the corresponding <br /> CEQA review, on February 2, 2012, and the Solid Waste Facility Permit is being <br /> revised to accept increased levels of food waste in a covered aerated static pile <br /> technology, as well as digestate from anaerobic digestion facilities. <br /> Material Type: <br /> The compost operation currently receives the following feedstocks: <br /> ■ Green waste <br /> ■ Yard trimmings <br /> ■ Plant wastes <br /> ■ Plant waste from agricultural sources such as orchards and crop residues <br /> ■ Cannery waste <br /> Site Operations: <br /> The facilty uses the following composting method — identified by their respective <br /> technology application section from the Report of Composting Site Information <br /> (RCSI) for the associated feedstocks: <br /> 3 <br />
