Construction &Demolition/Inert Debris Facility Report <br /> Tracy Material Recovery Facility and Transfer Station <br /> 30703 S. Mac4rthur Drive, Tracy, California 95377 <br /> Schematic Drawing of Buildings and Structures and Operations Area <br /> The Site Plans containing, the tentative parcel map, the schematic drawings of <br /> buildings and other structures showing the layout and general dimensions of the <br /> operations areas, including the unloading, storage and loading areas are <br /> provided the Figures section. Complete plans for future buildings and equipment <br /> installation will be submitted with the corresponding building permit applications, <br /> prior to construction, where applicable. <br /> Descriptive Statement of Facility Activity <br /> Existing Activities <br /> Tracy MRF and TS operates a construction & demolition (C&D) Debris <br /> Processing Area adjacent to the Transfer Station building, on the east side on <br /> asphalt-concrete surface. The area is a quadrant of a semi-circle with an 80 feet <br /> radius comprising an operational area of approximately 2,500 square feet. The <br /> facility currently processes up to 175 tons per day (TPD) of mixed C&D per day. <br /> An Inert Processing Area is located just west of the compost pad along the <br /> access road, in the northwest area of the facility. The size of the pad is 50 feet <br /> wide and 200 feet long and does not exceed 20 feet in height with 1:1 side <br /> slopes. The total volume of the inert stockpile will not exceed 4,000 cubic yards <br /> at any one time. The facility currently processes an average 35 TPD of inert <br /> materials per day. <br /> Proposed Activities Overview <br /> The C&D and Inert (CDI) processing activities proposed at the expanded facility <br /> will be phased in, as previously discussed, in accordance with the description of <br /> operations and tonnage limits set forth in the following section. and summarized <br /> in Table 1: <br /> Table 1 - Proposed Activities Overview <br /> Phase Average Description <br /> Tonnage <br /> 1 200 TPD Inert Debris Recycling expanded to additional one acre <br /> — ad in northwest corner of site. <br /> C&D operations area expansion and relocation to <br /> 1 200 TPD southeast corner of site. <br /> (utilizing floor-sort technolo <br /> Phase 1 400 TPD <br /> Subtotal <br /> 2 400 TPD Tonnage increase following C&D processing upgrade <br /> — <br /> utilizing mechanized Eick line technolo <br /> Total 600 TPD Combined peak CDI processing ca acit <br /> 2 170.18 CDI FacReport 02121313 <br />
