Construction &Demolition/Inert Debris Facility Report <br /> Tracy Material Recovery Facility and Transfer Station <br /> 30703 S. MacArthur Drive, Tracy, California 95377 <br /> equipment breakdowns will be managed by Tracy MRF & TS personnel in a <br /> timely manner. Tracy MRF & TS maintains limited storage of parts for onsite <br /> equipment repair and utilizes services of local, known heavy equipment <br /> maintenance vendors for regular maintenance and emergency repairs of <br /> equipment. These vendors have technicians and parts available at their service <br /> centers and provide leasing of replacement equipment if repairs cannot be made <br /> in a timely manner. <br /> Site Security [14 CCR 17418.1] <br /> A 6-foot slatted chain link fence with two gated access points surrounds the site. <br /> The entrance gates are closed and locked when the facility is not operating. <br /> Stadium lighting consisting of 20-30-foot-high poles is installed to add to <br /> nighttime security and mitigate theft or damage. <br /> Site Attendant [14 CCR 17418.2] <br /> The facility may be open for receiving Monday through Sunday, 24 hours per <br /> day; a site attendant monitors all incoming and outgoing vehicles and persons <br /> using the entrance/exit during receiving hours. <br /> Traffic Control [14 CCR 17418.3] <br /> Traffic to the site uses MacArthur Drive off of Linne Road. There are no schools, <br /> hospitals, or essential public facilities along the route to the site. Traffic routing <br /> on-site is from the front entrance, across the scales, to the C&D Operations Area <br /> or Inert Processing Area, then back to the street. Entrance gates are closed and <br /> locked when the facility is not operating. Signage is used to direct traffic within <br /> the facility. <br /> The amount of traffic is provided in Table 13 below.
