All firefighting equipment is properly
maintained and available on a continuous basis.
Housekeeping
Tracy provides adequate housekeeping daily for the maintenance of facility
equipment and shall minimize accumulations of fuel drums, inoperable equipment,
parts, tires, scrap, and similar items.
Parts will be stored within the Maintenance Building.
