All of MacArthur Road(from U.P.R.R. crossing to the south project access driveway) shall <br /> be improved to a traffic index(TI) as approved by Public Works eerier-te <br /> . The reconstruction of MacArthur Drive south of the Corral <br /> Hollow Creek bridge including the first twenty feet north of the bridge)shall be com 1p eted <br /> no later than October 31 2012. The reconstruction of MacArthur Drive north of the Corral <br /> Hollow Creek shall be completed within 12 months of when the average montbl fay ciiity <br /> tonnage exceeds 1,000 tons/day. All improvements shall be in conformance with the current <br /> Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. These <br /> improvement plans and specification's are subject to plan check, field inspection fees and <br /> must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works.Fees for plan <br /> check and field inspection will be based on the current Public Works fee schedule: <br /> (Development Title Section 9-240, Section 9-910,Section 9-1100 and R-92-814) <br />
