The Department of Public Works is requesting changes to recommended conditions of approval 4, 6, 7 and 8 and adding recommended condition of approval 12 as follows: RECOMMENDATIONS: 4. All of MacArthur Road(from U.P.R.R. crossing to the south project access driveway) shall be improved to a traffic index(TI) as approved by Public Works eerier-te . The reconstruction of MacArthur Drive south of the Corral Hollow Creek bridge including the first twenty feet north of the bridge)shall be com 1p eted no later than October 31 2012. The reconstruction of MacArthur Drive north of the Corral Hollow Creek shall be completed within 12 months of when the average montbl fay ciiity tonnage exceeds 1,000 tons/day. All improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. These improvement plans and specification's are subject to plan check, field inspection fees and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works.Fees for plan check and field inspection will be based on the current Public Works fee schedule: (Development Title Section 9-240, Section 9-910,Section 9-1100 and R-92-814)
