Phase 1 to increase the daily waste capacity from 1,000 tons per day (TPD) to 1,800 TPD within <br /> ten years. Phase 1 site improvements will include: <br /> • Addition of 19,200 square feet to the existing 57,200 square foot material recovery facility and <br /> transfer station building, <br /> • Addition of 10,500 square feet to the existing maintenance and administration building, <br /> • Construction of a one mega-watt wood waste bio-mass gasification unit. <br /> • Construction of a 5,000 square foot covered storage area and loading dock <br /> Phase 2 to increase the daily waste capacity from 1,800 TPD to 2,500 TPD within twenty years. <br /> The project will employ 160 persons and operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All outdoor processing <br /> activities will not begin before 6:00 am and will not operate after 10:00 pm. On site activities to include <br /> vehicle maintenance, equipment storage and truck parking, construction and demolition of inert debris, <br /> processing wood waste grindings, appliance recycling and associated waste handling activities.
