This section states.in part that'an EIR <br /> should be prepared with a Sufficient degree of analysis to provide decision makers with information which <br /> enables them to make•a decision which intelligently takes account of environmental-consequences. An <br /> evaluation of the environmental effects of a proposed�project need not be exhaustive;but the sufficiency <br /> of - EIR is to be reviewed in the tight ofiwhat is reasonably feasible,° it is staffs determination that the <br /> EIR meets the Intent of this section. The document thoroughly discusses all issues presented in the <br /> Notice of Preparation, contains all sections required by law, and adheto ail review periods and time <br /> requirements.
