The fee shall be automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolutions R- <br /> 90-304, R-91-1025, and R-93-167) <br /> f. The applicant shall prepare an analysis of Corral Holloiw Creek for a 24-hour, 100-year <br /> storm event. If necessary, berming shall.be constructed to protect the site. <br /> 5. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability.study, as'.required by Development Title Sktibti -9-1105.2(d), which <br /> indicafes that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel Map. A review fee is required at the time of submittal to the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> b Construction of an individual sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. (Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1110.3'and 9-1110.4) <br /> C. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the } <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be _ <br /> barricaded so that it cannot be driven over,parked on, or used as a storage area This _ <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any _s" <br /> underground ufility lines. (Development Title Section c 9-110..4. ✓ <br /> ( )(5)) <br /> d. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of nonresident individuals exceed 24 for at least <br /> 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to <br /> operate a public water system under the provisions of California Code of Regulations, <br /> Title 22, will be required by the Environmental Health Division and Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9. <br /> e. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an aboveground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> This system must be designed by a registered engineer. The material collected in the <br /> aboveground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to <br /> disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health <br /> Division. A $156.00 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> f. If hazardous material is stored on the site, the applicant must register with the County <br /> Office of Emergency Services. <br /> 6. AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISSION: <br /> a. If a bird hazard is identified,the applicants will be required to provide mitigation such as <br /> netting, a noise system, or other means toward off birds. <br /> i�. <br />
