Transfer/Processing Report <br /> Tracy Material Recovery and Transfer Facility <br /> 30703 5. MacArthur Drive, Tracy, California 95377 <br /> Current employee and truck parking adjacent to the MRF & TS building is within <br /> the 8.4 acre composting operations area anticipated during permitting of the facility <br /> in 1993. This includes all MSW residuals resulting from the processing of <br /> mixed C&D, food waste and yard waste, or recyclables material recovery operations <br /> at the facility. <br /> Supervision and Personnel <br /> Tracy will provide adequate supervision and a sufficient number of qualified <br /> personnel to ensure proper operation of the site in compliance with all applicable <br /> laws, regulations, permit conditions and other requirements. Tracy will notify the <br /> LEA in writing of any changes to the name, address and telephone number of the <br /> operator or other person responsible for the operation. A copy of the written <br /> notification shall be placed in the operating record. <br /> The types of supervisory personnel provided include: <br /> Owner: This person is responsible for overall site operations. Reporting to the <br /> Owner will be the Operations Manager whose duties will be to oversee the specifics <br /> of his/her respective operation. <br /> Operations Manager: The operations manager is regularly on-site during operating <br /> hours to oversee material processing, transfer, and maintenance operations. <br /> Supervisors: In addition to the Owner and Operations Manager, qualified supervisors <br /> are available during operating hours to oversee facility operations. There will be at <br /> least one supervisor on site when the Facility is in operation. <br /> 35 <br />
