There was a small pile of residual bakery waste on the ground in the building near the east entrance/exit. <br />This material was attracting flies. <br />2. The fire extinguishers were properly charged. <br />3. No issues with dust or odors. <br />4. Tonnage records with load checking were available for review. <br />5. Training records were available for review. <br />6. No cats observed on site. <br />7. There was one pile of rice bran on site. The pile was not covered with a tarp. However there were no wind- <br />blown issues. <br />
