Transfer/Processing Facility Inspection Report (53) <br />Enforceme It Agency: County of San Joaquin <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF DIVISION M OF PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />Routine monthly inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. The pile of bakery waste is being stored near one of the openings in the building. It was a very windy day and <br />some of the bakery waste was observed blown outside of the building. It is recommended that the bakery <br />waste be stored further away from building access points or be monitored more frequently in order to prevent <br />the bakery waste from being blown outside of the building. <br />2. No piles of rice bran on site. <br />3. No cats observed on site. <br />4. The fire extinguishers and bait stations were maintained. <br />5. There were no issues with odors. <br />6.
