Transfer/Processing Facility Inspection Report (53) <br />EnforcementAgency: County of San Joaquin <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF DIVISION SO OF PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />No Violations or Areas of Concern <br />V A <br />Regulations <br />X <br />17410.4 - Vector, Bird and Animal Control <br />Comments: The Pest Sighting Log was not up-to-date. The last entry in the log was on 11/18/16. <br />A. The operator shall take adequate steps to control or prevent the propagation, harborage and attraction of <br />rodents. <br />B. As previously directed by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, the Pest Sighting Log <br />must be completed daily. <br />C. Ensure that the Pest Sighting Log is up-to-date during the next monthly inspection. <br />Inspection Report comments: <br />Routine monthly inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. Previous area of concern regarding a small pile of bakery waste in the southwest corner being on site for several days <br />has been corrected. The bakery waste was removed and disposed. <br />2. Near the southwest corner, on the wall, there was a fire extinguisher that was not properly charged. The fire <br />extinguisher was immediately replaced with a properly charged fire extinguisher. <br />3. No bakery waste was observed outside of the building. <br />4.
