F. Operation of disposal area for limited collectors (Section 44) : <br /> (1) The method or methods utilized for the disposal of . <br /> vegetable and fruit packing waste and food processing.- <br /> waste (cannery waste) shall be the sanitary land fill <br /> method, as described in Section 4 of these regulations, <br /> when such cannery wastes can satisfactorily be disposed .of <br /> along with other garbage or refuse- <br /> (2) Cannery wastes which by their nature cannot be <br /> satisfactorily disposed of by such method shall be <br /> disposed of by such other method or methods as may be <br /> approved by the District Health Officer. <br /> • After investigation and inspection of the vehicle(s) and of <br /> the disposal area, the Health District will make a recommenda- <br /> tion to the Board of Supervisors regarding issuance of a <br /> limited collector's permit. <br /> H: If the licensee questions the reasonableness of any order or <br /> recommendation of the District.
