However, the Khan chicken operation will <br /> begin there after. <br /> 2) Manure Management Plan from Khan' s Chicken Ranch will <br /> be submitted to Public Health Services, Environmental <br /> Health Division (PHS-EHD) before starting their <br /> operation of chickens with a Plan Check review <br /> application. <br /> 3) A Pond operation has been started by Jenkins Poultry <br /> and will be taken over by the Khans. <br /> 4) Manure, if hauled off site must have a written <br /> agreement with owner of the land to disc within a <br /> twenty-four (24) period or it stays in the pond. <br /> 5) Is there any concerns or questions regarding the <br /> Poultry Ranch? <br /> Should you have questions regarding this facility, please feel <br /> free to call Alan M.
