VR-99-2 AND SITE APPROVAL <br /> APPLICATION NO. SA-99-53 —JOHNZEB KHAN <br /> This is to inform you that, in your memo dated July 14 which outlined the recommendations <br /> of this department for approval of the above-noted applications, the Building Inspection <br /> Division's condition was given in error. Please eliminate the comment shown as follows: <br /> • i. Uniform Building Code. The existing structures shall be reviewed by an architect or <br /> engineer and restructured to the 1997 Uniform Building Code requirements. <br /> An inspection ofthe property revealed that the existing chicken sheds are not structurally <br /> unsafe. A permit has been issued to demolish the existing single-family dwelling.
