Submit updated Manure Management Plan within 30 days. <br /> 2.) At the time of this inspection there were approximately 313,000 birds onsite. 292,000 birds are <br /> housed in the 4 caged houses. 21,000 birds are housed in the 3 free range houses. <br /> 3.) 2 chick houses on the west side of the facility are not in use. <br /> 4.) Houses LISA 5, 6,and 7(free range)were inspected. Concentration of flies was low both inside <br /> and outside of the houses. Bait stations were observed both inside and outside of the houses. <br /> These houses are cleaned every other day. <br /> 5.) Inspected caged houses 1,2,3,and 4.Fly strips inside of houses are changed daily. Fly bait is <br /> also kept inside for use as needed.Bait stations were observed both inside and outside of the <br /> houses. Houses are cleaned every other day. <br /> 6.) Houses utilize a manure belt system. Manure is composted in a building at the south end of the <br /> facility. <br /> 7.) Houses are inspected daily for mortality. Mortality is incinerated daily onsite. <br /> 8.) Fly concentration onsite was low both inside and outside of the houses. <br /> 9.) Odors outside of the houses were low. <br />
