County <br /> San Joaquin <br /> Site Description <br /> The majority of the project site is a year round 700,000 bird capacity poultry operation. This <br /> operation sits on approximately 363 +/- acres and consists of several poultry houses and <br /> associated waste water storage ponds, employee houses,office,egg processing plant,and storage <br /> buildings. Annual rangeland with scattered oaks and associated seasonal wetlands make up the <br /> reminder of the land not utilized by actual poultry operation (Figure 4). The site is bound on <br /> the North by KRC Aggregate and annual rangeland,on the East and West by rangeland. <br /> There are a few ranchette homes within the annual range sites. The Mokelumne Aqueduct is <br /> piped and runs through the site from East to West. Elevations at the site are approximately 250 <br /> to 350 feet above sea level.
