They are discharging rabbit manure into <br />the seasonal creek located on their property. <br />am referring this complaint back to Water Boards for further investigation. The <br />creek is dry normally except during the raining season per complainant. There was a chicken farm located <br />on the upstream of this creek; and our inspector will visit them today to determined the source of <br />contamination. I would like to check with you to see if there is any WDR issued to this address and if that <br />violate the requirement of WDR. <br />Please see the attachment for the location. <br />Thanks, <br />Steven C.
