<br />This Guidance Document is designed to assist in the development of a Manure/Solid Waste Management Plan for
<br />confined animal tacilities (as defined in Title 27, § 20164 of the California Code of Regulations) that must be app

<br />by the environmental Health Department. The plan is required in order to ensure that wastes frorn these operations are
<br />public

<br />handled in a manner that provide
