Your <br /> permit will expire on December 31, 1990. Another evaluation of the <br /> sludge management plan and new monitoring data will be necessary <br /> before a permit for 1991 is approved. <br /> Below are the permit conditions: <br /> 1. Five hundred feet buffer zone shall be maintained from the <br /> sludge application area to all private homes and domestic <br /> wells. <br /> 2 . Sludge shall be hauled directly from the Tracy Waste Water <br /> Treatment Facility to the New Jerusalem site and be applied <br /> immediately. <br /> 3 . The sludge shall be incorporated into soil within 48 hours. <br /> 4 . San Joaquin County well permits must be taken out and approved <br /> before the drilling of any monitoring wells. <br /> 5. Contact PHS when the site will begin accepting sludge. <br /> Monitoring Program - Submit reports to PHS. <br /> 6. Sludge shall be tested prior to soil spreading and be <br /> classified as hazardous/nonhazardous by the State Department <br /> of Health Services. <br /> 7 .
