Delta Container 15943 Harney Lane, Lodi <br /> 2 . Tri-Valley Growers (plant T) Kile Rd. & Interstate <br /> 5, Thorton <br /> 3 . F & W Cattle Co. (site #2) Wimer Rd. Ranch, Linden <br /> 4 . California Waste Removal Systems Inc. Tully/Tokay <br /> Colony Rd. , Lodi <br /> 5. Doig-Crites Ranch 37651 S Bird Rd. Tracy <br /> Sewage sludge from the Tracy waste water treatment plant <br /> will be used as soil amendment at the New Jerusalem <br /> Airport. The five cannery waste sites are also soil <br /> amendment facilities . These under Assembly Bill 939 . <br /> Our department requests that the above mentioned sites be <br /> brought for review before the hearing panel . In <br /> accordance with the hearing panel guidelines set forth in <br /> a resolution adopted by the Board of Supervisors, on <br /> December 11, 1979; included in a letter provided by Henry <br /> M. Hirata, Director of Public Works dated May 8 , 1990. <br /> We are in need of your assistance to conduct a hearing <br /> panel to determine the feasibility of these sites for <br /> exemption. Please let us know what requirement ' s we can <br /> fulfill to help expedite this process. <br />
