• A list of changes from the Construction Drawings and Specifications and the <br /> justifications for these changes. <br /> • As-built record drawings. <br /> • A statement of compliance with the construction contract documents and design intent <br /> signed and stamped by the QA/QC Manager, a professional engineer registered in the <br /> state of California. <br /> The as-built record drawings will accurately locate the constructed location of all work items, <br /> including the edge of geomembrane,location of piping,anchor trenches,etc.All surveying and base <br /> maps required for the development of the record drawings will be prepared by the Contractor and the <br /> Owner.
