Henry Rd., Farmington, CA 95230 <br /> This letter is to notify the CIWMB that the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD) conducted a public hearing. The public hearing took place on <br /> Tuesday, 10:00 AM, June 22"d, 2004 at the Agricultural Commissioner Office located at <br /> 1868 E. Hazelton Ave, Stockton, California. The public hearing resulted in the <br /> Enforcement Agency (EA) granting an exemption from the requirement that the operator <br /> of the facility obtain a permit or comply with other Regulatory Tier Requirements <br /> established in Title 14 CCR 18100. Furthermore, according to Title 27 CCR 21565(d), <br /> all exemptions shall be forwarded to the CIV;MB within seven days after the decision is <br /> issued. The EA has enclosed the application for disposal site exemption and the <br /> application for solid waste facility permit submitted by Martin Dairy. The public hearing <br /> agenda, sign-in sheet, proof of publication, and roll call results of the EHD Solid Waste <br /> Hearing Panel are included as well.
