r � t <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA GEORGE DEUKMEJIAN, Governor <br />CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD— <br />CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br />3443 ROUTIER ROAD <br />SACRAMENTO, CA 95827-3098 <br />11 May 1989 <br />Mr. Alan Beiderman, Sanitation <br />San Joaquin County Local Health District <br />P.O.Box 2009 <br />Stockton, Ca 95201 <br />INSPECTION OF CANNERY WASTE FEEDING SITES <br />On 3rd and 4th April, I accompanied you on an inspection tour of various <br />livestock feeding operations where cannery waste is utilized for livestock feed <br />(see attached). <br />From the inspection it appears that there were no violations of water quality <br />regulations related to the use of the cannery wastes on sites 1 through 14. <br />F.W. Cattle Company is under investigation for possible threats to water quality. <br />The water quality threats are related to the handling of food processing wastes. <br />A waste management plan has been requested of the operator Mr. Robert Ronyak, <br />but no plan has been received. <br />If you have any questions or comments, <br />'"V <br />6 1 OU I S F.
