Provide work plan for applying waste to land: Waste to be <br />accumulated and hauled to site in a 20 yard disposal bin <br />provided by Tracy Disposal Service. <br />The waste will then be spread in a strip 10' wide by 250' <br />long by 2" deep. <br />The strip will be fed for 72 hours while succeeding strips <br />are placed. <br />At the end of 72 hours the remnant product will be disced <br />into the ground. The ground will then be harrowed and <br />floated to prepare for the next placement cycle. <br />VII. Contingency plan for selecting alternative site: Tracy <br />Disposal Service will deliver to another permitted site <br />in the Tracy area. (Borges Farms). <br />VIII.
