LCRS testing indicates Pond A piping is <br /> _X_WDRs violation other than listed above deficient in its ability to transmit injected water. <br /> Other(explain in comments) Video inspection of header pipe indicates major <br /> settling of pipe and ponding of water. No indication <br /> that laterals have settled but likely if header pipe has. <br /> This requires further investigation by the Discharger. <br />
