The reports were prepared as required <br /> in the Monitoring and Reporting Programs (MRP) No. R5-2005-0024. Staff finds the reports to <br /> be in violation of MRP No. R5-2005-0024, Section D.5., which requires the Discharger to <br /> provide the following information: <br /> • All LCRSs shall be tested annually to demonstrate operation in conformance with waste <br /> discharge requirements. The results of these tests shall be reported to the Board and <br /> shall include comparison with earlier tests made under comparable conditions. <br /> Please provide all 2006 LCRS operational test data and a written evaluation comparing the <br /> 2006 LCRS data to previous LCRS test data as required in MRP No. R5-2005-0024 by <br /> 30 March 2007. Please review the Monitoring and Reporting Checklist attached.
